Hello and welcome to Freshly Handmade [ the shop ]. All handmade items are quality made with care my me. I only sell items that I would be proud to own myself. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a conversation.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me if you are not happy with the quality of your handmade item. It is my goal to make every customer a happy customer but would like to discuss the issue first. If you continue to be unsatisfied, Freshly Handmade will provide a full refund, excluding shipping fees, for items returned within 14 days.

Payment
Freshly Handmade accepts PayPal or direct credit/debit card payment.
Wisconsin residents will need to pay 5.5% sales tax.
For international orders, the buyer will be responsible for any tax or custom charges.
All currencies are $US
Shipping
Freshly Handmade ships Priority or First Class mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. I take great care to properly package my handmade goods for delivery. If you would like insurance or expedited delivery, please contact me prior to checkout. Please ensure the address you have listed through Etsy is correct, as this is the address your items will be shipped to. If you would liked the items shipped to an address other than what is listed, please contact me first.

[ SHIPPING OVERAGES ]
Any shipping charge overages WILL be refunded to you promptly after shipment is made.

[ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ]
Any order shipped outside the continental US may be subject to customs and brokerage fees which the buyers will need to be responsible for paying.
