Payment
I accept payments throught Paypal which accepts most major credit cards. As soon as your payment has posted my account i can get started on your custom order right away unless otherwise stated as "ready to ship".
Shipping
I currently service custom orders in the local area in which i live and through Etsy. I strive for the quickest turn around as possible, 3 weeks or less (permitting product and materials are available for production of custom orders). Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee. In order to provide buyer and seller protection with shipping, Paypal and credit/debit card companies require that tracking can be provided, should there be an issue with deliveries. Because of the rising number of payment disputes nationwide, I have to be able to show that I shipped a package appropriately, in order to protect my business. I strongly suggest that additional shipping insurance be purchased by the buyer. Please contact me if you would like me to add insurance. I may not be held responsible for items after USPS receives it. . Please be sure that your address is correct in paypal when you submit payment. If a package is returned to me because the paypal address is not correct, you will be responsible for return shipping, and I can't provide any refunds. I can only ship to the address that is provided to me. You may verify your address with me by message to be sure.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not do refunds or exchanges on anything customized. If i have made a mistake i will certainly make it right. Customer service is very important to me and i strive for HAPPY Customers!
