2) Photos of the damaged item.
3) Statement as to damaged.
4) Your phone #, in case Insurance needs to contact you.
5) Please retain item & packing until advised to discard.
6) Please allow 2-5 days for me to submit the Claim.
7) As soon as Claim is 'submitted' (not paid), just submitted,
