Hello, my name is Claudia :-)
I'm from Germany, over forty and live near the North Sea in a cute little town with my husband, two dogs, a cat, two rabbits, a very small hamster and my sewing machine.
I oppend my shop in December 2011 on etsy.
I really love the net. Love the possibility to know people from the whole world. Learning from them. And now: Trading with them ;-)
Google translater is my best friend and sometimes I guess I write really bullshit. (Please, if you find something, convo me inconspicuous ;-))

You can pay with paypal or bank transfer. Or you may come to my house, get a cup of coffee and pay with real money ;-))

* Delivery time *
Almost all items are ready to ship. Usually the same day after receiving your money I will send your item(s). And now comes the exciting part: The most deliveries from Germany to non-Europeans countries will arrive within 2 - 3 weeks. This is my experience with the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. In Europe the delivery time is faster.
* Taxes and duties *
European customers have to pay the german taxes (19 %) directly. The exact price will displayed in your shopping cart.
Non-European customers may have to pay local taxes and duties.
In both cases I put the bill and the customs declaration on the outside of your package, this is easier for the customs.
* Gift wrapping *
If you need a gift wrapping, please let me know. I can send my products with a little note from you anywhere in the world - it will cost you just the shipping costs and a smile ;-)
Refunds and Exchanges
Onlineshopping is a deal with trust. You have to trust me that I will send you the items after paying, I have to trust you not to abuse my refund policy.
* Not happy? *
You are not so happy with the item, i sent to you? Please send it back, you will get your money back, include all shipping costs. You have 15 days to decide after the goods have arrived.
* Not arrived? *
If the item gets lost while shipping you will get your money back, include all shipping costs.
* Broken arrived? *
If the item is damaged when it comes to you you will get your money back, include all shipping costs.
* Later broken? *
If the items gets damaged within one month you have it you will get your money back, include all shipping costs. But please do not play football with it. Correct usage is the key ;-)

Speak about leather:
Sometimes I use leather. Some of these leather pieces were a gift: I got some samples from an upholstery from my mom. Sometimes I got an old ruined leather jacket or a piece of leather from friends.
I only use leather if it otherwise lands on the waste.
