Welcome to Frilly Lilly's! At Frilly Lilly's you will find whimsical items for children and adults. All items are lovingly handmade. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to me, therefore, at any time that you have a question or concern, please contact me so that I may help you before any negative feedback takes place.

Please read all measurements before purchase.

I will gladly refund or exchange "a ready to ship item" within 7 days of buyer receiving the item if the item that has been purchased has a defect because of me. The buyer will pay for return shipping fees.

If you would like to exchange the product you have bought with another item in my shop please send it back. After I have checked that the item has not been used and is in a good condition I will send the new item to you and pay for the shipping cost.

I am unable to refund custom orders.

I am more than happy to try and rectify any issue you may have in regards to a purchase from my shop. Please, convo me so that I can do so before leaving any kind of negative feedback.

Frilly Lilly is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen return shipments.

Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase for all ready to ship items. If you are unable to withing the specific time frame, please convo me. If payment is not received (and there has been no convo) item will be relisted.

I prefer Pay Pal as form of payment but I will accept USPS money orders.
Don't worry if you do not have a Pay Pal account. You are still able to pay by credit/debit card thru the Pay Pal site.
I DO NOT accept personal checks. Thank you for understanding.

Once I receive money order I will then send out the item purchased.
I like to keep shipping costs as low as possible, therefore, I will ship everything by way of USPS first class. If you would like a different form of shipping (ie. upgrade shipping), please message me & I will adjust the cost of shipping for you.

Shipped items do not include insurance, tracking or confirmation. If you would like to add these features, convo me and I'll adjust shipping costs.

I am not responsible for damages or losses due to shipping. Please purchase insurance if you are concerned.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received except on weekends.

I will ship to a "giftee's" address. Please, provide address during checkout process in the message to seller box.

If I overcharge for shipping I will refund the difference.
