This business is all we have in these hard times and we hope to make it profitable enough for us that we can live well and happy and ... we'd like you also well and happy. We'll do all that we can to make you happy with doing business with us.

Payment
We prefer to be paid as soon as the transaction is made. After three days of no payment, we will contact you about payment and after five days of no payment then the sale will be canceled and the item will be resold.
Sometimes we get a request to hold an item until they can get time or money to buy it. We only hold an item if the person makes a separate, individual nonrefundable fee that is 10% of the sale price of that item. Then we will deactivate the item for a maximum of a week. When they can buy it in that time frame, we will then reactivate it whereas they then can buy it at the stated price. The hold fee is a separate additional fee and is not deducted from the item that is being sold or held. If you want to do this, let us know and we will provide our email for paypal and once it is deposited, we will hold the item.
Shipping
We try to make sure all transactions go as smooth as possible.. we like to make sure we have happy customers. We also try our best to make sure things are sent safe and prompt. If you need things sent a certain way, please let us know before or right after a transaction. We send things as cheap and as reasonable as possible through the USPS usually, unless you ask us to us a different service. We also don't send it certified, registered, insured or tracked unless asked to do so. If you want any of these, then let us know and we will do so, but at an added cost. Sadly shipping prices for anything outside the United States have risen a lot lately and we apologize for that but there is nothing we can do for that. As a result, the prices for overseas/international rates are high compared to prices shipped domestically. Insurance and tracking are also not offered depending on where items go by the U.S. Postal office and so we can't guarantee some items nor are responsible if something happens to them. We will do our best to make them as cheap as possible.
We are also not responsible for lost or damaged items that are due to the shipping or postal process. We will package them as best as can be but we have no control over what happens to it after it leaves our hands. If you are worried over anything like that, then you need to let us know and pay extra fees for insurance and tracking to be done on the package separate from the items cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is something wrong with your item that you purchased from us, we'll gladly give you a refund on the item itself though shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds only are done on items that we made a mistake on, are not what you purchased or are mistakenly misrepresented by us. We admit sometimes mistakes are made and/or that even we are wrong on some things and it's mainly due to ourselves being told wrong information or getting the wrong information from someone. We make every attempt to make sure that what you get is what you buy and also that the information about the item is as true and as correct as we know it and guarantee that there is no subterfuge in any of our dealings. If there is a mistake on our part, a full refund will be given (minus the shipping - though we will in most cases offer a discount on shipping for any future purchases by you) only if the item is returned in the same shape as it left our shop. If the item is damaged, no refund will be offered unless it has some ability to still be resold but at a lower price or it can be repaired so as to be resold. If so, we'll offer a partial refund to you for it (and in many cases a 10 -15% discount on any items you might purchase in the future). We ask that if there is a problem with any item purchased that it be brought to out attention immediately as if you take to long to do so, we will not refund it. This cuts down on people who get something and then decide later it's not what they really wanted and try to give it back when there was no real fault with the item in the first place. Generally, you have 3 days after receiving the item to contact us about this otherwise we reserve the right to refuse any return or refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
We will do everything we can to make sure that everyone is happy even though we know that is sometimes an impossible task. We are always willing to work out things and discuss anything so please feel free to always to talk to us on any discrepancies or anything at all. As for our items, we do let you know that any items that are made by artists can be slightly different than they might appear in the pictures of them on the shop site. This is as most of not all items that are personally made by us or by other artists who are a part of our store or who collaborate with can be slightly different or off in some way as that is the nature of things being hand made compared to in some modern computer controlled shop or factory. We do endeavor to make sure that all items are as perfect as possible and as close to near exact of the pictures that we post.
