5 out of 5 starsI had purchased from this company several years ago for our new beach house (2014) and it was perfect then and it is still perfect and never had any issues with it breaking etc! I receive so many compliments on it. My brother just bought a beach house and I bought one for him and it arrived quickly, with high-quality material, and love the newer letter designs they have added to the mix. I highly recommend getting the frame (letters all together) they are fastened very well. This sign is the best! I should mention that I picked out the letters I thought would look good sent it to them and ask what they thought on my choice of letters and I received three different samples to choose from which made it effortsly to pick the best one. Highly recommend.

Hello! I am LeAnne Fritts - photographer, designer and framemaker for Fritts Creative. We are located in the small town of Denver, North Carolina! Yes, North Carolina - not Colorado!
Fritts Creative began in 2008, selling in local arts & crafts fairs. Looking to grow our online presence, we opened our Etsy shop in February of 2011. The response to the shop was amazing and within months we were shipping prints worldwide!
Currently, my husband and I are getting used to having an empty nest - as my daughter (and frequent travel companion) is attending NC State University.
I feel so fortunate to have a business that fulfills an artistic need. The best part – absolutely nothing is more fun TO ME, than wandering about with camera in hand, hunting for those perfect new letters! This year my letter hunting travels will include a return to Disney, Philadelphia and a few beach trips ..... and I'll be dreaming of returning to Paris and London to hunt down more letters to add to that collection. But first, college tuition!

Name Prints - personalized names from our alphabet collection made into a collage prints. This allows for any personalization your like - dates, names, etc..
Word Plates - a little funky and fun! 4x6 photo letter prints are framed under acrylic and connected together into one framed piece. Color or B&W letters available
Letters Only - 4x6 prints of our photo letters. Perfect for the DIY project!
Guest Book Prints - Using Name Prints as a base, we size the letters down to allow room for signing. Available in sizes from 10x20 to 20x30. A unique alternative to the traditional guest book.
Est. Date Prints and Signs - our photographed numbers make a one-of-a-kind gift for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays! Est + 3 numbers for the date.
With any of our products, you may choose your letters or have Fritts Creative design your word/name for a completely customized design!

Returns and exchange details
If there is a problem on our end, we will refund or replace the order at no charge.
If there is shipping damage, we ask to be notified within 3 working days with a description of the damage. A quick photo would be very helpful! A replacement will be sent out asap!
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us to arrange returns and refunds. Even though most orders are custom orders, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and will refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned item minus shipping charges.
Payment
Orders within to North Carolina will be charged 6.75% sales tax.
Proofs will be sent via Etsy convo on all orders. We DO NOT PRINT or SHIP till FINAL APPROVAL is given. Normally, I will provide 2 proofs and we work off those proofs till you give final approval on the order. We try to convo proofs within 48-72 hours of order.
Please make sure to have your account set up to receive Etsy Convos - enable this in the "Emails" section of your Account Settings.
Shipping
We are currently seeing slow delivery with all of our shipping providers - UPS, Fedex and USPS. First Class mail seems to be extremely slow and Priority mail is not much better. It seems to be hit or miss - some items are being delivered quickly, others are slow. Expect packages to be delivered later than expected! If you need your order quickly, please check the shipping upgrades at checkout as free shipping with be the lowest cost option.
FOR PRINT ONLY ORDERS, we highly recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout, standard free shipping is first class mail.
∙ Please contact us for any rush shipping needs. We will do out best to get items to you in the time frame needed.
∙ Shipping confirmation emails are sent on all orders once your package ships.
∙ Orders ship to the address provided at Etsy Checkout unless otherwise provided.
Standard shipping is as follows:
∙ 4x6 LETTERS ONLY - USPS First Class Mail.
∙ NAME PRINTS and GUEST BOOK PRINTS - ship via First Class Mail for free shipping. Upgrade to Priority mail OR UPS ground available at checkout.
∙ FRAMED NAME PRINTS/GUEST BOOKS - ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
∙ WORD PLATES - shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless the box is too large/heavy., then we will ship via UPS ground. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Sometimes orders get caught in customs and can take longer - sorry but this is our of our control! Customs fees imposed upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser as each country has different regulations.
GIFT ORDERS
We understand that shipping is expensive. If you would like us to ship your order direct to a gift recipient, please make sure to include this information in the "Note to Seller" at time of order. If you will provide wording for a gift card, we can include the card in with the order and will package nicely for the recipient.

We post proofs on all orders (unless noted in the listing). Please check your email for an etsy convo with the proofs. If you do not receive one, please check your account to accept email.
PROOF APPROVAL
We REQUIRE PROOF approval on all proofs before printing or shipping. Once we receive final approval, orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Please use this proof process to double check all spelling and dates!
CANCEL ORDER
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to issue refunds and cancel as long as the order has not printed or been shipped.
