Thank you for visiting my store! I strive to provide well-crafted, aesthetically pleasing jewelry that will last you many, many years, if not a lifetime. Everything is created from scratch in my tiny studio.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Money Order
  • Check
  • Other Method
I accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks. Personal checks must clear before shipment of items, but my bank tends to be pretty fast.

Custom orders are always welcome! I require a minimum 50% deposit on custom items over $50, and the remainder due upon completion, prior to shipment. Any item under $50 must be paid in full before work will begin. I require that orders be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. A 10% fee will be retained to cover listing fees, etc. All orders cancelled after the 24 hour period are subject to loss of deposit.
I typically ship all things via USPS First-class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Smaller orders don't always include the Delivery Confirmation, as it makes the item almost cost-prohibitive for the buyer. On occasion I will ship via USPS Priority or Express mail (if requested, or for larger orders). On most orders over $50, insurance will be included, or any one-of-a-kind pieces over $50. Please wait for a corrected invoice if your order totals more than $50.
Refunds and Exchanges
I understand sometimes things just don't look the same in person as they do online, so I'm happy to offer the option of returning or exchanging an item. There is a 20% restocking fee for all regular item returns, unless we've discussed different arrangements. Returns are accepted for refund (less shipping fees and restocking fee), but the request must be received within 3 days and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent (i.e. unworn/unaltered and resaleable). If something arrives defective, please let me know right away! I will make it a priority to address the issue.

Custom orders are subject to a 55% restocking fee. This includes anything that is personalized, made-to-order, or altered in such a way as to make it hard to resell. Under no circumstances will the 50% deposit be refunded, unless I am unable to fulfill the order.

Exchanges can be made within 30 business days, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped. The purchase price of the item will be your credit. Shipping fees are not included in the total you can use toward an exchange. I don't charge a restocking fee for exchanges, but nominal shipping charges will apply.

To be sure that everything falls into place, please contact me for return instructions. I am always happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with our transaction.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am always happy to repair jewelry I've created. Please contact me if you need to have a piece repaired, and I will make sure it happens ASAP. Most of the time there are no charges (except return postage), but charges may apply for replacement of broken or lost stones, scratches or other issues that are not related to workmanship. One resizing is also included under this umbrella. If something arrives and doesn't quite fit one way or the other, a chain needs to be shortened, etc., I am happy to accommodate these requests, as it's difficult to buy items online with exact sizing requirements to be met (i.e. some ring sizers differ slightly from others, so a measurement at one place may be a few millimeters different than at another).
