Pero, en muchos sentidos, nuestra línea es un logro realmente emocionante.
Durante años, nuestra pequeña tienda en Providence, RI, ha curado algunos de los artículos más geniales e irreverentes que jamás haya visto. Poco a poco, a lo largo de los años comenzamos a hacer más y más de los productos que vendemos. Comenzó con camisetas y estampados de arte y se expandió hasta que abrimos nuestro propio estudio de diseño como parte del colectivo de diseño en el histórico Nicholson File Building en Providence. Ahora estamos imprimiendo nuestra propia línea de tarjetas de felicitación, accesorios, impresiones de arte, bolsas, etc.
Cada mañana, nuestro personal creativo comienza el día con una sesión de spitballing que resulta en el trabajo conceptual de todos nuestros diseños. Luego, nuestra propia Maret Bondorew trae estas ideas a su mesa de dibujo y pinta a mano, las escribe a mano a la realidad. Una realidad divertida y dulcemente sentimental. Luego trabajamos directamente con Dan Wood, un operador maestro de tipografía, para crear el producto terminado. Siempre cuidando mucho, siempre afinando meticulosamente nuestro proceso.

That might be a bit of an overstatement.
But, in many ways, our line is a really exciting achievement.
For years our little shop in Providence, RI has curated some of the coolest, most irreverent items you'll ever see. Gradually, over the years we began making more and more of the products we sell. It started with tee shirts and art prints and expanded until we opened our own design studio as part of the design collective in the historic Nicholson File Building in Providence. Now we are printing our own line of greeting cards, accessories, art prints, totes, etc.
Each morning our creative staff begins the day with a jaunty spitballing session that results in the concept work for all of our designs. Then our very own Maret Bondorew brings these ideas to her drawing table and hand-paints, hand-letters them into reality. A funny-ass, sweetly sentimental reality. We then work directly with Dan Wood, a master letterpress operator, to create the finished product. Always taking great care, always meticulously fine-tuning our process.
We hope that the joy and pride we take in making our products comes through when you open up the envelope!
