Refund Policy
Quality service to our valued customers is our objective. With this in mind, we will offer a refund or store credit for items returned. We will handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of customer satisfaction.
The Process
Customers should notify us via email or by phone of return within 14 business daysof orders delivery.
Customers will then be informed of where to ship the return. Please note that items returned are subject to restocking fees.
Customers insure that items returned are in good condition and not damaged.
Items will then be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
Refunds/Store Credits will be processed within 3 weeks of receiving returns.
If a refund will be given, we will credit the original method of payment.
There will be no refunds or store credits available for custom orders, unless the order was incorrectly made as per the description stated by the customer
