What if my package gets lost in the mail?
There are only a few things as frustrating as finding out that the post office has lost your package. While this definitely doesn’t happen all the time, to avoid your package being lost in the mail, we suggest you opt for the tracked delivery option. Unfortunately, once your package has been dispatched, your package is under the mail carrier's responsibility. Please contact us should you have any issues.
If you have selected the tracked delivery option, given you have provided the correct address, we will be happy to compensate you with a new shipment or a full refund, depending on your preference.
What if my package is late to arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched, its fate falls out of our hands and into the Royal Mail's. While you may not be the patient type, it is important to note that an order can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to arrive.
The combination of greatly increased uptake of online Christmas shopping, in no small part driven by the recent lockdowns across the globe, and the ongoing COVID restrictions mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes this year.
Due to the exceptionally high volumes they are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than usual service standards.
