I cannot say enough nice things about this purchase!!!! If I could leave 10 stars I would! First of all, the presentation and packaging was impressive. Lovely and immacualtely perfect! Second, the quality of each bracelet is amazing. The weight of the stones is unlike any bracelet Ive purchased to this point on Etsy. Overall, these bracelets are two of the nicest quality bracelets I have purchased on Etsy and I have purchased a lot!!!! Recommend this seller unequivocably!

Unless you have made special payment arrangements with me prior to purchase, payment should be made via credit or debit card on PayPal or Etsy within five (5) business days of purchase. In the event that an item is not paid for within the required time period and I have not heard from the the purchaser, I may cancel the sale and re-list the item. If there is any problem with payment, please contact me with the details. I am more than happy to be flexible if kept informed of the applicable issues.
Your shipping addresses on Etsy and PayPal should be identical. In the event they are not, I will ship to the address you entered on Etsy. Please be sure your address is up to date and current.
For international buyers: You are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and restrictions (these are not charges levied by Fulfilled Designs). I will not mark items you have purchased as a "gift" on the customs forms. This is against the law and carries heavy penalties so please do not ask!
Due to United States federal law, Fulfilled Designs DOES NOT ship to the following countries: Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Any transactions which originate from and/or request shipping to these countries will be cancelled and your money refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you want to refund or exchange a ready-to-ship (i.e. not custom) item, please note that returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 15 business days of your receipt of the item as indicated by the delivery confirmation. For international orders without delivery confirmation, returns will be accepted within 45 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified. Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be refunded unless I made an error in the item shipped. You will receive any refund via whatever method you paid.
For custom items, as long as they are not personalized, the above return policy will apply. For personalized items - meaning items which have been specially made with your initials, your name or other feature specific to you, your event or shop - no refunds will be accepted if it is determined in my sole discretion that your piece is not resellable due to the personalization. Please contact me about any concerns with personalized items before purchase.
If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please make sure to 1) contact me, 2) document the damage and 3) contact the USPS. I will do all that I can to rectify the situation, including replacement or refund if that becomes necessary. Carrier damage is not your fault so I will work with you, just stay in touch and communicate the issues.
Additionally, after receiving a shipping notification from me, if you have not received your item within 10 business days (for domestic orders) or 6 weeks (for international orders), please contact me and I will work with you and the USPS to either locate or replace your item.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the stone, color or size of any item before purchasing.
