I am so sad to say my basket arrived with a pretty bad flaw in it and when I contacted the seller her response was... "Oh no! I hate that you are not 100% happy with your order! It looks like that's where the two ends of rope come together. It was not frayed like that when I packaged it, but, unfortunately, I think that may be a result of having to fold it. I've never had that happen before. To ship it unfolded (the way I prefer) would have forced me to charge a $62 shipping fee and that's just crazy! The sturdiness of the basket does naturally lessen as it gets bigger, so a larger basket will be less rigid than a smaller one." So, sadly I have a basket that looks damaged that I paid $80 for. :( I will say though, aside from the flaw it is pretty.

Gave as a gift, and she loved it! Now I need to get myself one :)
