Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to produce my order (accessories) before it is shipped?*
Our production time ranges from 1-2 weeks, and rest assured our products are well worth the wait. All of our garments are proudly handmade just for you in Canada. It means that your order is handled individually from start to finish: printing, cutting, prepping, sewing, quality control, packaging, and shipping.
*We require you to contact us before ordering if you need an item before the expected turnaround time.
How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped?
Canada: Once shipped, the standard delivery time via Canada Post is approximately 1-7 business days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.
USA: Once shipped, the standard delivery time via USPS is approximately 1-3 business days.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective Items?
We work hard to ensure that you receive your products safely and in good condition. We will replace any item damaged during shipping, of defective quality, or incorrectly personalized. You must notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) if the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly personalized. You may need to send us several pictures of the damaged item as well.
What is your cancellation policy for accessories?
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. You can also cancel your order, and we will issue a full refund within this timeframe. After 12 hours have passed, the production will begin. Thus we cannot accept cancellation, refund, exchange, and modifications to your order after this point.
What is the refund and exchange policy for accessories?
Because your order is handmade specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or accept exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, want a different color or if your address was incorrectly entered. Please make sure you read our sizing guide and order accordingly to avoid any sizing problems.
Custom and personalized orders
We do not allow returns. If your order is returned to us for any reason, we can only offer to resend the package at your expense.
Will my order have a tracking number?
Most of Canadian and all US-bound orders will be tracked. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
Do I have to pay duties?
Most orders shipping to Canada and the USA will never encounter duties or customs fees. As long as your order is below $800.00 value, there will never be any surprises with customs fees
