5 out of 5 starsThe quality is beyond reproach...very sturdy. I haven't used them yet but have no doubt they will cut my dough perfectly leaving the perfect design outline. The store owner was very helpful and friendly, a joy to do business with. Buy your custom cutters here and you'll never be disappointed!

Hello Claudia! We are sorry to hear you left two negative feedback without trying to contact us in any way. We try to make it as clear as we possibly can in the description that a handle is not included. This is to keep the shipping costs down for the customer. We have also tried contacting you about the purchase to resolve any issues, but have not received any response from you. We are here to help resolve any issues with our customers. As for the Swatter being small, we do make the swatter larger than a human hand, but we will adjust the swatter to be a larger size for all future orders. Thanks for the advice.

5 out of 5 starsIt was as described! Putting it together and installing it was really easy. Unfortunately, out of the two I ordered, one arrived broken. I was able to put some super glue on it though. Shipping these items might need to be different, but overall, they look really good! 👍
