These wreaths are perfect for indoors and outdoors. Although this wreath is weather resistant, some of the ornaments and flowers have been attached with hot glue. Please keep this in mind, if you are hanging it in an area with direct sun. If outside, ideally they should be under some kind of roof, to protect them from extreme weather conditions.

My wreaths are full bodied, carefully and meticulously assembled, charmingly decorated and utilizing all color matching materials, to create a beautiful and eye pleasing wreath. There are no uncovered spots. These wreaths are made with high quality deco-mesh, wired-ribbon, and ornaments. All wreaths are assembled and stored in a smoke-free environment.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges include handling costs, which means any packing material plus the cost to ship to you. I will ship USPS Priority Mail UNLESS the price of Priority exceeds the shipping costs you paid. In those cases the box will ship USPS Parcel Ground. Contact us for rates to other countries.

In stock items will ship within one (1) business day after payment.

Custom made items will be shipped within seven to ten (7-10) days of the day when we agree on design and price. If it is not possible to have your item ready for shipment within that time frame, I will contact you with the new shipping date and you will have the option to confirm, change, or cancel your order. If you require a custom wreath in less than 7 days, I will charge an additional $20 expedite fee in order to rearrange my schedule and production to get you your wreath on time.

Each wreath needs to be shipped in it’s own box to prevent damage; therefore, wreaths are not eligible for combined shipping.

PACKAGING
Your wreath will be shipped in a cardboard box. The wreath will be packed securely attached to the box so it will not hit the sides or top of the box while in transit. As long as the shipping container is not damaged, your wreath will be safe!

The wreath may need floofing (techical term that means stretching the deco mesh and ribbons) and rearranging once out of the box.

Damaged shipping containers
• If your wreath’s shipping box is damaged (crushed, punctured, gashed, slashed) notify the shipping company upon delivery.
• If possible, take pictures depicting the condition of the box (this will help in your claim process).
• Any damage to the wreath as a result of damage to the shipping container is the responsibility of the delivery company and covered under the shipment’s insurance.
