LOVE this. Can't believe I forgot to leave a review. She was wonderful to work with on ordering too! She sent me the wrong package on accident and let me keep them and resent me my original order as well. She's just awesome and her work is amazing!

Even after a minor mixup, the wonderful seller sent me the collars so quickly! Always kept in touch and promptly answered me back. Such a delight to work with and definitely would purchase again! The collars are well made and stretchy enough to comfortably fit any size cat. Highly recommend. Customer service and products were fantastic!
I knit totally rad collars for geeky kitty cats.
Several years ago I decided that I wanted to teach myself how to knit. Knitting a sweater or blanket seemed a bit ambitious for a first project, so I knitted a collar for my kitty, Sir Winston. He has pretty refined taste, but he seemed to like it. So, I made collars for every kitty and dachshund I knew. Then my mother-in-law told me about etsy. I checked it out and took the plunge. But at that time, I was only making cutesy collars and they didn't really sell. I've always been a big Star Trek fan, so my husband suggested I make trekkie collars. That was the inspiration I needed!
I began making pop culture collars and sales as well. My collars aren't necessarily practical, but neither are dog sweaters! They're meant to be a fun accessory for silly kitties. The practical ones are so boring and ugly, anyways. And I really love thinking up silly collars for different cat personalities. Sir Winston really enjoys modeling for me and he begins to yodel when he sees the camera come out. I also adopted another kitty, Cheese. He helps with the fashion labor and treat eating. Although he doesn't have the poses down as well as Winston.

Cat neck sizes vary:
Junior Cat/Growing Cat: 6-9 inch neck
Adult: 8-11 inch neck
Toy Dog: 6-9 inch neck
Small Doggy: 9-12 inch neck
Please, please measure you pet's neck before you make your purchase. My collars may be stretchy because they are knit, but they are not adjustable.
How To Measure Kitty's Neck:
It is pretty easy to measure your kitty's neck, especially if you bribe the kitty with treats! Make sure your kitty's head is up when you measure at the base and above the shoulders. When your kitty is relaxed with his/her neck down, you will get a smaller measurement. You do not want the collar to be too tight, making it hard for kitty to swallow. But, you also do not want it too loose...You want a collar, not a gag or a hula hoop. I will specify the measurements with each listing to help you make an educated decision. :)
I hope you find a collar that fits your pet's personality and neck. Happy hunting!

Care Instructions: If your kitty is naughty and the collar gets dirty, you may gently clean the collar with a damp cloth and allow the collar to air dry. If your kitty is really naughty, you needn’t burn the collar. Just gently hand wash the collar in a sink with a gentle cleanser. Try not to submerge the button part of the collar underwater for too long. Allow to air dry. If you wash the collar too often or too vigorously, the yarn will felt. You may want to do this and think it looks cool. :) Washing may also cause some shrinkage, but you can gently stretch the collar back out before putting it back on kitty. If your collar is just a little hairy, you can always attack it with a lint roller to clean it up a bit!
