Where is the product shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Ukraine, where our production is based. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
🚀 To ensure faster and safer delivery, we use a special shipping service. The delivery company collects all packages in Ukraine, ships them in bulk to a warehouse in the USA, and then hands them over to USPS for final delivery.
This is why your tracking or package may show a California address—it’s part of the logistics process.

No, shipping is not included in the price.

🦊 Most of the furs we use are ethically sourced from wild populations in Ukraine, primarily through licensed population control hunters. This responsible practice helps maintain ecological balance 🌿 while ensuring that no animals are hunted solely for commercial purposes.
🐾 For certain types of fur that aren’t found in the wild—such as silver fox or mink—we purchase only from reputable, regulated auctions in Ukraine, Poland, and Scandinavia, where animal welfare standards are closely monitored.
🐇 Our rabbit furs come from responsible farming sources, with care for quality and ethics at every step.
