We accept Paypal. Please make payment at time of purchase. If you are having problems with Paypal please let us know. We will always try to reach you first but we will relist the item if we have not received payment or a response in 48 hours.

Please be advised that Paypal will hold larger payments for up to ten days until they have cleared. This may pre-empt your shipment or delivery. We do our best to advise you of the status of your Paypal payment.
If you don’t have a Paypal account please contact us to get to a solution.
We ship small items within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment. These items are sent through U.S.P.S. We quote based on box sizes, weight, delivery confirmation, insurance (if requested), boxing and packing materials and our time
to prepare and drop off your package. Currently we are only shipping within the USA.

For large items under 100 lbs. i.e. nightstands, tables, etc, our preferred method of shipping is Greyhound Shipping Express. Please be advised that if you purchase this kind of item we will provide you with a shipping quote within 48 hours This is the most inexpensive way to ship and it saves you $$$. We drop off at our Miami Greyhound and it ships to your local Greyhound. Can't pick-up? Greyhound offers a courier service for an additional $ 40.00 fee on top of your shipping fee so you don't have to drive to the station. Please specify if you would like this additional service. All of these items are insured.
For Greyhound shipments we need the following:
The Greyhound station nearest to your home
Your first and last name
Your home address
Your phone number

Transit times for Greyhound range anywhere from 7 to 14 business days, depending on clearance of funds, communication between the buyer and seller, when buses are routed to your area as well as any unforseen weather delays.

*If you receive your items and any of them are damaged, please notify U.S.P.S., Greyhound or the freight carrier immediately as well as letting us know so that we may take care of the situation in a timely manner. *
If you are in the South Florida area and are interested in local pick up or local delivery please contact us to make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be advised that you are purchasing a vintage or handmade, unique piece. We do our best to let you know in each listing of any flaws, chips, crack, etc. that may be inherent in your piece.
We provide you with pictures that detail the color and style as best as possible and accurate as possible. Some pieces appear larger in pictures so please be sure that you have measured your space, hallways, doors, turns, etc. so that your piece will fit properly. As a rule we do not accept returns. However, if a piece is damaged we will discuss it if the situation arises. In the event that a return is necessary, you are responsible for all packing materials and shipping charges back to Furniture Trade.
Additional policies and FAQs
We have many customers who inquire about the same pieces at the same time, we do not put it on reserve. Please, make payment arrangements, take measurements, request more pictures before you make a purchase.
If you are requesting information i.e. shipping quotes, misc. info. and we have provided it for you, as a courtesy, remember, the purchasing is on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee that it will not sell while you are deciding if it will work for you.
