For large items under 100 lbs. i.e. nightstands, tables, etc, our preferred method of shipping is Greyhound Shipping Express. Please be advised that if you purchase this kind of item we will provide you with a shipping quote within 48 hours This is the most inexpensive way to ship and it saves you $$$. We drop off at our Miami Greyhound and it ships to your local Greyhound. Can't pick-up? Greyhound offers a courier service for an additional $ 40.00 fee on top of your shipping fee so you don't have to drive to the station. Please specify if you would like this additional service. All of these items are insured.
For Greyhound shipments we need the following:
The Greyhound station nearest to your home
Your first and last name
Your home address
Your phone number
Transit times for Greyhound range anywhere from 7 to 14 business days, depending on clearance of funds, communication between the buyer and seller, when buses are routed to your area as well as any unforseen weather delays.
*If you receive your items and any of them are damaged, please notify U.S.P.S., Greyhound or the freight carrier immediately as well as letting us know so that we may take care of the situation in a timely manner. *

Refunds and Exchanges
We provide you with pictures that detail the color and style as best as possible and accurate as possible. Some pieces appear larger in pictures so please be sure that you have measured your space, hallways, doors, turns, etc. so that your piece will fit properly. As a rule we do not accept returns. However, if a piece is damaged we will discuss it if the situation arises. In the event that a return is necessary, you are responsible for all packing materials and shipping charges back to Furniture Trade.
