Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to provide exchange exchanges of equal or greater value. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Most items may be returned seven (7) days from date of receipt (delivery confirmation). All custom/personalized items are FINAL SALE.
You must contact customer service via e-mail (email@example.com) to receive authorization for your exchange. You will receive an e-mail response within three (3) business days. Check your e-mail for the authorization to return the item. Once the exchange is approved, the cost for the shipping of the new item will be waived. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Returned merchandise will be inspected by customer service for final approval for your exchange. Items which show signs of wear or that have been altered or damaged will not be exchanged. You will receive an e-mail notification within five (5) business days.
You may exchange your item for another item currently in stock.
We make every attempt to ensure that our descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible. Some products may appear larger/smaller than their actual size as items look different on every computer due to settings. Please read the product descriptions such as item size, color, and materials used. Stating the item is smaller/larger than your expectations is not a valid reason for exchange.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and our goal is to retain a repeat customer base.

Please allow two (2) weeks for the creation and shipment of custom orders.
