The scarf looks even more amazing in real life. These scarves are real conversation starters and look so much more vivid and amazing in real life. The packaging is creative and excellent. Unfortunately there is a strike with DeutschePost and so there was a delay in getting the scarf out of Germany but Olga's attention to the situation was without equal. On numerous occasions she contacted DeutschePost and kept me informed of where it was in the postal system, as well as a message when it finally left Germany. As the delay was longer than we would have liked, she even at one point offered a choice between a new scarf or a refund. Eventually the scarf left Germany and arrived in the USA safe and sound. Olga's customer service is as impressive as her scarves. I recommend her, and her scarves highly.
