Hello! I'm so glad you dropped by my store. I've been a glass buff for 15 years and have fused glass for five. Each piece has been designed and handcrafted by me and has three or more layers of glass which are fused together in a kiln heated to 1480 degrees fahrenheit. Then they are cooled slowly for durability and shine! Some pieces take three firings to achieve beauty that will last forever.

Properly fused glass will not break if dropped and is virtually scratch resistant. I take extra steps to insure longevity. I use a high quality adhesive for pendants, earrings and cabinet knobs that is created especially for glasswork. The bond will only break at a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In my beadwork I use high quality glass beads and only the best nylon thread that has been conditioned to guard against moisture.

My only goals is for you to be 100 percent happy with your purchase!

If you are not happy with your purchase and if the item is not damaged, I will gladly refund the purchase price of the item as long as it is shipped back to me within two weeks of purchase and shipped at the purchasers expense.

There are a couple exceptions:

I am not able to offer refunds on earrings. Health regulations state that earrings may not be sold to a second individual. Since I may not resell the earrings you purchased, I cannot give a refund.

I am not able to refund custom fit bracelets. Bracelets posted online are available in the specified length. If you request a custom length, It is likely I will have to modify an existing bracelet. I do not charge for this service. Therefore, I am unable to give a refund for a custom made bracelet.

I am unable to give a refund for any custom painted items. My prices for custom painted wine bottles are extremely low. If you are unhappy with your purchase, let me know as soon as possible and we can work on a solution together.

My goal is for you buyers and Fusion Bloom friends to be 100% satisfied.

If I am not able to give a full refund, I might be able to give an in-store credit.
