We offer custom orders in a single slime and custom orders for large orders including party favors. You can find info on custom orders under our products. Please message us with details of what you would like for your custom slime before ordering.

Wash your hands before playing with your slime and always use a clean surface to play on. Bacteria and dirt will break slime down faster.

*Sticky Slime
It is very normal for slime to become sticky during shipping from temperature changes. We include an activator spray bottle and instructions with each order.

Check your slime before taking it out of the container ----poke your finger into the slime to check if it's sticky. If your slime is sticky, spray hands and slime with activator spray a few times. Remove slime from container and knead/mix well. Repeat until the slime is no longer sticky. Some slimes require more work than others. You may need to spray and knead multiple times/days.
Do not spray too much or your slime will become over-activated and break apart. If this happens, allow your slime to sit for a while in it's sealed container. \

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders. If you have questions on the texture of your slime, please reach out and we will be happy to help

*Over-activated slime
Slime sometimes becomes rippy or rubbery during shipping or if it's been over-activated (spraying too much activator spray). If this happens, let the slime sit in it's sealed container for a while. You can also try adding a small amount of glycerin or clear glue in the clear slimes. For Non-clear slime add a small amount of lotion or white glue.
