She was extremely diligent, helpful, and kind through the whole customizing, rough draft, approval, and painting process. Will the design/image/etching on the glassware come off?
No, the etching will not fade, peel, or scrape off. All etching is permanent. Think of it like a tattoo, only on glass.
How do I care for an engraved cutting board?
Cutting boards are not treated.
If you choose to use the board to cut on, it is recommended that you use a food safe oil to coat the board prior to first use.
Do not soak or put in a dishwasher
Quick wash & dry is recommended
How long will my custom / personalized order take?
Custom orders will take a little longer before they ship. Once I receive your order details, I will need to send you a proof & you’ll have to approve it before production starts. Once you’ve approved the artwork, please allow anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks for production to be completed. In rare occurrences, sometimes production can be up to 3 weeks, depending on current work load. I will let you know prior if you contact me, or I will let you know after you place an order. Allotted Shipping time chosen during checkout will then go into effect. Depending on which shipping method you chose during checkout.
Will my printed vinyl sticker withstand being outside?
They are rated to be weather resistant for 5 years, however in different circumstances they will last longer. It depends on many variables due to outside weather conditions. For example, If your car windows are always exposed to the direct sunlight, they may wear out quicker. If your car is kept in a garage or in a shady area, they may last a lot longer. There is no guarantee how long it’ll last due to variable weather conditions, temperatures etc.
For longer lasting results, we recommend inside and or indoors applications. As the examples listed in the info graphic photo in the sticker listing.
