Returns and exchange details
We try to process orders as quickly as possible in order for our customers to receive their jewelry in a timely manner. Orders are usually processed within hours to get ready for production. Thus, if you need to make any changes to your order (including how to personalize your jewelry) or cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order, or before you receive the “Your Order Has Shipped! notification, whichever is earlier. ►►►We are NOT able to accept changes after 4 hours of receiving your order! ◄◄◄

Refunds will usually appear on your card statement within 2-5 business days. Occasionally, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear.

We do not cross check messages and order note when working on order. Please make sure instruction on order is 100% correct. If you need to make any changes, please message us within 4 hours of placing the order.

We accept unworn and unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of when your package was delivered. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error. Please contact us at infoⓐ for refunds/exchanges.


Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We do NOT refund shipping costs.


If you didn’t order the correct length, we offer the following options for you:

✔ If you need a shorter chain than you ordered:
We will adjust it for free. You will be paying another shipping to mail item back to you when the adjustment is done. Standard shipping can be paid here:

✔ If you need a longer chain than you ordered:

*** We charge an adjusting fee of $12 CAD for each item to replace with a new longer chain (a length of 1 inch to 4 inch can be added). We do not reuse the chain for other orders, and the adjusting fee offsets part of the material cost. Adjusting fee can be paid here:, standard shipping fee applies during checkout.

***Alternatively, you can order extender to be added to your chain. We have two types of extender. One is permanent extender which needs you to send the necklace back to us and we will add it for you. Another type is removable extender, in this case you do not need to send back the necklace, you order it separately, and you can hook it onto the necklace or take it off as needed. Extender can be ordered here:

We charge $20 to resize it, and standard shipping fee. You will pay to ship it back to us.


We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges within 14 days of when your package was delivered. We charge the cost of shipping back to you as well as a 10% restocking fee. The price difference between the exchanged items will be counted. Please contact us first for a quote.
Turnaround time is from the next business day you place your order or personalization details have been confirmed, whichever is later to the date the order is delivered to the shipping address on order. It consists of processing time and ship time.

The time we need to make your order and get it ready for shipping. For most items, it takes us up to 4 business days. But some products need more work, and it may taks up to 14 business days to complete making. Please check each listing page for the time we need for production.
☺ If you need your jewelry sooner, please message us or leave us a note to ask for free rush service. We strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

----- Ship time-----
Ship time starts from the day your order is made and shipping label is printed. It is separate from processing time. Ship time differs by destination and shipping method. Please check the announcement on our storefront page for updated turnaround time.

We complete your order in a timely manner to make sure the turnaround time is within estimates when combining the ship time estimates provided to us by postal service, however, we are not responsible for any delay caused by postal service after we dropped off packages to them. Please make sure you understand this before placing orders. In the event of delayed shipping by postal office, we will send a search request for the tracked package and update you once we hear back with any search result.

Currently, we do not offer express shipping outside of Canada and US.
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.

Incorrect address on order

If you left an incorrect address on order, please contact us within 4 hours placing your order. Once order is processed at our end, it is difficult to pull out a specific order to make changes. We include a note in the order confirmation email to remind our customers to double check shipping address after order is placed.

We are not able to change address after packages are dropped off to postal office. What happens is if the package is not accepted by the person who lives in the wrong address, it will usually be returned to us. This returning process takes longer time, sometimes can be up to 1-2 months. Once we receive it, we will charge a shipping fee from you to deliver it to an updated address.

There may be an intercept service offered by postal office to redirect a package to a different address but postal office charges from $30 - $50 and we will collect the fee from you if you decide to go this route.

If you need them in rush and will not wait for the package with wrong address to return, we charge half of the product price plus full shipping to remake your order and ship asap. We do not refund the original order. Please contact us for this service.

If customers do not leave enough or correct information to let us know how to personalize their orders, we send Email and/or Etsy conversation to discuss the details. Please check our Etsy conversation after your place your order.

► Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date packaged is delivered for repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge. You will be paying the shipping fee to deliver the item to us for repair. If your jewelry is outside of the warranty, we charge a repair fee as well as standard shipping fee to deliver the item back to you. The repair fee is $10-30 Canadian dollars per piece depending on the extent of the work involved.

► Jewelry Care
Follow these tips to extend your jewelry’s longevity
♢ Do not wear it while showering, swimming, sleeping, or during any vigorous activity.
♢ Avoid perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and other chemicals getting on jewelry directly. After each use, gently wipe it clean with a soft cloth.
♢ Put on jewelry after putting clothes on and remove it before taking clothes off to avoid having it accidentally caught on your clothing.
♢ Store your clean and dry jewelry in airtight ziploc in a dark and dry place after each use or for long periods of non-use.
