♥♥♥We are thrilled that you stopped by Gracefulpast Old Toys and Dolls. We do this full-time, it is our livelihood, our bread & butter so to speak. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. Established in 1994, we've also sold at our local antique mall, and have done many shows. We are currently on ebay under the name: Gracefulpast and YosemiteVintage. We've done many Northern California antique and collectible fairs. We are avid collectors of old toys, dolls, art work and soda advertising. Photos of our goodies have been published in 4 price guides and our 1950s home diner was published in the local newspaper. We have worked as appraisers for various non-profit organizations and fund-raisers. I am an active current member of the Vintage Fashion Guild. We are a non-smoking home. We do have two pug dogs, but have a special room everything is stored in.

Payment
I expect paypal payment within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we also accept money orders, cash, cashiers checks and personal checks that may take up to 10 days to clear. If you have a legitimate emergency and need more time, please convo me.
Shipping
The cost of shipping does not include Insurance. Insurance must be requested and paid for. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs on an un-insured package. We will automatically invoice you for insurance on highly fragile and high dollar items. I feel this is common sense.

Insurance is optional on all purchases under $100 and the buyer bears risk of loss if not insured. Delivery confirmation is provided free of charge on all U.S. packages. However, this is not insurance, and does not protect you against loss, non-delivery or damage. Purchases over $100 require insurance and if International must ship Priority so tracking will be provided. Why spend that kind of money, then have no safe guard of it arriving, right?
Refunds and Exchanges
We love what we do and want you to be happy and shop with us again. If something just doesn't work for you, make contact within 5 days of receipt of item (by date of delivery confirmation). Usually, we only take returns if we have made an error in the listing. However, requests will be handled on a case by case basis.

Some computer monitors vary in color, mine look fine, I've gone to friends houses and things look different. So if you are concerned about anything, just "convo" us. Remember, it doesn't cost anything to be courteous. You've worked hard for your money and we respect that.

As business as this all sounds, were really just a couple down to earth people who love what we do. I'm lucky enough to have married my best friend. Were together 24/7, which would drive most people crazy, we wouldn't have it any other way. We enjoy the mountains, camping, going for walks, family parties and outtings and especially music. With a few musicians in the family, we frequent many music shows and events, especially blues. We support our musician friends and family, and this is truly one of our favorite things in the world to do. Life is Good, but its short. Make it count.
