A love of combining traditional craft with modern design

I started designing bags because I wanted to create a versatile and elegant range to make a foundation for the perfect luxury wardrobe. My minimalist collection aims to showcase the raw beauty of leather whilst maintaining a modern femininity in its design.

My bags are all made in Britain and the leather is hand picked from UK based suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials for our pieces. Hides come in a variety of shapes, sizes and textures which means that each bag is totally unique. Adding the finishing touch is solid brass hardware, it won't chip or scuff and can be polished up or left to age beautifully.

I'm inspired by anything and everything. Practicality plays a huge part in my designs then a passion and appreciation for craftsmanship helps to create the finished article. The full collection aims to offer all the form and functionality necessary for the modern woman.

Whether you're a lover of the British fashion industry, are looking for the perfect present or just need a bag to take you from day to night you'll find something to cherish from our collection. Returns and exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
GRACE GORDON operates a full, 14-day Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

UNAVAILABLE GOODS
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your choice of goods for some while, or at all, we will contact you for instructions. Providing a telephone number or e-mail address with your order makes it easier for us to contact you in this event.

We send a receipt for all orders, which is generated automatically upon purchase of goods. If you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch for us to reissue.

Shipping
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for checking if your address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided we will not be able to refund your order unless the item is returned intact. If the item is returned the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship.

HOW WE SHIP
We recommend and ship everything by the Royal Mail (inc. Parcel Force) with tracking, unless the buyer needs or want to upgrade that service it will be at the buyers expense. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. All packages come with tracking so that you can follow your item in the mail.

CUSTOM CHARGES IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers
We are not responsible for custom charges, we declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish for us to not declare the full value of the item you need to let us know. But we will not be able to give back the full value of the item if its lost or stolen, only the amount that was declared.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
If you’d like to go for an economy shipping rate to reduce costs this is possible. Currently we mark all orders as tracked and insured to ward against any losses which may be suffered at the hands of the postage depots. Let us know if you want to discuss rates we just want to make it clear that should anything happen to your package without our usual defences you may be liable for any losses and we won’t be able to replace!

OUTSIDE OF THE EU/USA
We’ve noticed an increased in delayed shipments recently. There doesn’t seem to be a concrete explanation for this but sit tight, your bag will get to you in the end! If there is extra urgency with regards to the lead time on your package let us know and we can discuss different shipping options.

DISPATCH TIMESCALES
We will always try to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. If we do not have the item/s in stock, we will quickly advise you of this and let you know how long it will take for us to make up your order especially for you. Typically this will be around three weeks. If you would like to enquire about stock levels before placing your order, please feel free to call us or email us - details are on our Contact page.

DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are sent to you via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. Should the recipient not be at the delivery address provided the Royal Mail will leave your parcel at your local depot to be collected at your convenience.

What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us in brand new condition within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll get you a refund. If you're based outside of the UK and 14 days just isn't enough just get in touch at info [!at] grace-gordon.com

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All bag purchases ship Royal Mail International. If you have a preferred carrier or live in a seriously remote location let us know and we can make sure you receive your bag. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.

I love your bags but want to feel them in real life before I buy, help!

No problem, we're currently stocked in store in a beautiful little shop called Triangle, on Chatsworth Road, Hackney. If you don't live anywhere near London then just give us a call, we can work something out!

Are you going to make more designs?

Yes! We have lots of requests for tons of different styles every week so don't worry - we're on it.

I've just bought my leather bag but I'm worried about scratching the surface and taking it out in the rain!

Don't be. The absolute best thing about leather is it's ability to age beautifully. Remember that leather has been used for centuries as a working material, it's one of the hardiest products out there. Just make sure you follow our leather care instructions and feel free to get in touch for specific advice.

I need a last minute present for my friend/wife/girlfriend but I'm worried it won't get here in time, help!
