My grand baby loved the boxed bench. I would have given the item a five star however, the personalized plate had a split in the wood from the mid-side to middle of the plate. This item could have been fixed with wood fill but I am not handy so I presented the item as delivered. Delivery was early for which I was thankful.

the quality is nice. the packing was terrible, no bubble wrap or paper or anything, just loose in the box. but it did not appear to be damaged (I was lucky) because of side of the box was crushed.
