Designs with a little southern twist! :)

I love to craft, especially around the holidays. My husband & daughter gave me that push to open my Etsy store & here we are! :-)

I have been married for 13 years now to my high school sweetheart. My husband has watched me for over 17 years craft and make all sorts of things, but never has he told me that I need to pursue a business out of it until a few years ago. My husband has always been supportive in my ventures, but he gave me that extra push I needed to open my own store.

So here we are! :) I love to use different patterns and designs and techniques. I guess that is why my business has trended toward home decor items. I have a lot of my own items around my house & are great conversation starters with guests.

Each piece is handmade by me, so no two items will ever be identical. I've just gotten into vinyl items and cake stands. Adding new products to my shop on a daily basis if my daughter will allow me the time. LOL

I love to travel and enjoy family and friends. I hold my friendships very dear and call my friends family. I'm a full-time Mom, softball coach, wife, boo boo kisser, and daughter.

✔Once an order is placed with GA Girl Designs the design process begins. If you decided that you need to cancel your order during this process, there is a 40% restocking fee/design fee that will be deducted from your original price since I will have time & material tied up in them. This will only occur when you request a cancellation on your order 48 hours after it has been placed.
✔ So please make sure that you read the item description very carefully & ask any questions PRIOR to making your purchase. I want to make sure that your transaction goes as smoothly as possible and I can only do that if I can provide superior customer service and excellent craftsmanship to my customers. :)
✔I will not issue ANY refund for items that are not up to your liking or that you thought may look different in person. Please make sure to thoroughly read all the items descriptions BEFORE purchasing any items from my shop. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to send me a message first prior to ordering. :)

✔DAMAGES:
I will carefully pack your item to arrive safely. In the event there is a problem upon receipt, please contact me ASAP (within 48 hours).
✔Please remember that if an item arrives broken to take pictures of the item and the box and send them to me via Etsy. Do not throw away the box please.

✔MISSING PACKAGE(S)
If an items shows delivered, you will have to contact your local post office to see where they left the item. Once the order is marked delivered, I cannot process any refunds. In the event that an item is marked delivered, but you did not receive your order, you will need to let you local PO know. A police report may also need to be completed for mail theft. If you need any assistance with this please let me know.

✔ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
✔I will not issue refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or changed in anyway by the buyer. I may also request that the item is shipped back to be to be inspected first before an item may be refunded. It needs to be in re-sale-able condition.
✔Any refunds that may be issued are dealt with on a case by case basis.
✔IF a refund is issued the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the seller, and never at any time will shipping costs for the original purchase be refunded to a buyer.
✔If the item is returned and arrives damaged due to the way it was shipped back, the buyer may not be eligible to a refund for that item. And I will not pay to ship the item back to the buyer either. If it arrives damaged, no refund will be issued period. Please pack items safely to ensure no damage.
✔If a return is issued or approved, you must return the item(s) within 7 business days. If the return is not received within 7 business days from the date of refund approval, your order will be marked return to sender when it does arrive.


✔ALL RETURNS:
✔All returns MUST be approved prior to returning any items.
✔All returns must have an R/A# associated with them. The R/A# MUST be written on the outside of the package.
✔Any items that are returned to me without prior authorization or do not have an R/A#, will be refused & returned to the shipper.

✔ITEMS RETURNED TO BE FOR INVALID/INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address you will have to pay shipping again to have it sent to the correct address. If you decide that you do not want to do that, your order will not be refunded due to the nature of my products. If you do contact me with a different address I am obligated to pay shipping fees again with the USPS at which time I will send you a link to purchase for the additional shipping costs. I wish that there was a way around this but this is not up to me. USPS will make me pay to reship your item. Please check with your local officials if you have any questions concerning this. :) I ship my international orders via USPS, most items take 6-10 business days, but in same cases can take up to 21 days for delivery this is not including if the item(s) get stopped in customs. So please order early, this seems to make this a lot smoother for everyone. :) Please make sure that your full legal name is included on your address when placing an order. Customs will not ship out orders that do not have a full legal name associated with the package. If an international package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or insufficient name, the buyer will be responsible for paying to have the item shipped again. Any orders that are returned to me due to customs/VAT/import fees not being paid or undelivered as addressed, will become my property. ✔ All US orders ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance (estimated shipping time is 2-5 days). If multiple items are ordered, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
✔Vinyl decals ship USPS 1st Class.
✔ All International orders are shipped USPS 1st Class with tracking and insurance. (hence the rate of international shipping)

✔ Once your order is completed, packed, and ready to ship out I will send you over a tracking number and shipment confirmation.

Gift Certificates are available in $25 or $50 increments, message me for further info. Please note GA Girl Design gift certificates are only good for this store.

SIGNS: Unless the item description states that the sign is made for outdoor use, please do not expose the item to moisture. They are not sealed for that and it will swell the wood up and ruin the sign. :)
