Accepted payment methods
I ship within 1-4 business days upon receipt of payment. Items are shipped via regular mail. Please let me know if you require registered mail.
I ship via airmail. This will take around 1-2 weeks to most parts of the world, but could take longer depending on local postal services and customs. Please understand that this part of the process is out of my hands. Any import duties/customs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need expedited shipping please convo me for a quote.
Occassionally items do get lost in the mail. Although this happens very rarely the buyer must be aware that a slight risk does exist. GaLu does not accept responsibility after dispatch of the item.
I can ship items via registered mail. This cost approx $10 extra for international orders and an extra $3 on domestic orders. I am happy to organise this for you. Please convo me and I will set up a custom listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great care to make my items durable. However, jewellery is in its nature delicate and should be treated with care.
If you do experience a problem with any of my products, please contact me within 2 months of purchase and I will mend/replace it at my discretion.

Caring for your jewellery:
Jewellery is often quite delicate and should be treated with care. For best results, store necklaces flat (not hanging). Anything with sterling silver is best stored in a zip-lock bag.
Please be aware that black stone will break or chip when dropped. Black stone can also look a bit grey after a while. I quite like this look, but if you would like to restore the jet black colour, simply put a couple of drops of olive oil on a soft cloth and rub into the stones gently. Finish off with a dry piece of paper towel.
Most necklaces will usually stretch a little due to the weight of the stones. This makes them more comfortable to wear.
