Happy Home Making!

My sewing started when I was a young girl. My grandma started teaching me the basics and let me use her sewing machine as soon as my foot would reach the pedal. We did hand embroidery, quilt making, but my favorite was always dolls/stuffed animals. As I got older, I designed and created several of the dolls that me and my friends played with and sold some to others. Then ventured into making animals. I love Teddy bears!

Sewing has always been a passion for me. When money was tight around holidays and special occasions, I turned to crafting handmade items for friends and family. They loved what I did and told me I should start selling what I made and even started making special requests!

Now I am married and have two beautiful girls. I still love to sew and since I am a stay at home mom, selling on has become a source of income for my family and a creative outlet for me. I love my jobs! All of them...

Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS: can be requested for the following:
- Merchandise lost in the mail.
- Merchandise that is received damaged.

If lost in the mail, a genuine effort has to be made to locate the mail by calling the local post office to see if they can locate it. Most shipments are going to have tracking numbers so they will be easy to locate.

If merchandise is damaged via the postal service, a claim will need to be made through them first before I will be able to process of refund, since most packages are insured.

If the merchandise has a defect upon receipt, you may request a refund and send a picture of the defect with your request for processing. Defective merchandise will most likely need to be returned.
I accept and prefer PayPal for payments. It is quick, easy and you don't have to have an account with them to process your payment. I do accept Direct Checkout that will allow customers to use their Etsy Gift Cards.

Please keep in mind that if you are paying with a checking account through PayPal, there will be a hold on the payment until processing is complete. Usually, 5-6 days. I will not be able to ship your order until the payment has processed.

You may cancel an order up to 5 days after ordering without penalty. After that there will be a non-refundable Cancellation fee of $5.00 that will be deducted from your refund amount.
SHIPPING METHOD: I ship orders out most of my orders via USPS Priority Mail. The large Ducky Momos are typically shipped via FedEx.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need expedited shipping for you order, please message me prior to ordering, so that the proper arrangements and payment can be made.

INSURANCE: All the USPS Priority Mail packages are automatically insured. If you require insurance on any other packages, please let me know.
