1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed in this purchase. I bought my dog a bone shaped tag and when it arrived I was very excited to put it on her! However it broke within DAYS and the shop owner will not replace it because she says my dog chewed it. Not sure that’s even possible as it was hanging around her neck.. but even if that is the case, why is this shop selling people dog tags that can easily be ingested???? Very disappointed and definitely never purchasing anything from this shop. You probably shouldn’t, either.

Sorry you're not happy. Both in the item details and in my shop policies it is clearly stated that my tags can be scratched by teeth and are not meant to be chewed on. In the photos Amanda sent me, there are bite marks on what's left of the tag. I want everyone who purchases from my shop to be happy, but I can't replace items that have been improperly used. I provide dimensions for each item and it's the buyer's responsibility to see that it will fit their fur baby. In this particular case, a smaller tag and more chew toys would have been better. I offered Amanda a discount but she refused to use it and left a negative review instead. Guess we can't keep everyone happy. I've been making tags since 2012 and have more than 600 5-star reviews on Etsy alone. Feel free to read them before placing an order. Thank you! =)
