GalleryAtSpicewood's Shop Announcement

Welcome to my Etsy page. If you are here coming from by web page, just click your BACK button to return to my website. I have been working on some new art, different techniques, different prices and shipping options over the last month or so. I will be selling only originals (pastel and watercolors). I do not do any prints, so if you do purchase some of my art, it will not be reproduced anywhere. I hope you enjoy the new improved Gallery At Spicewood. If you have any questions, contact me through the Etsy email system.

GalleryAtSpicewood's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the Gallery At Spicewood. My philosophy is everyone should be able to afford original art!!! Because I do my own matting and framing, I save a bundle on overhead and I can pass the savings on to my customers. In my gallery, there is nothing over $500.00 and most art is less than $200.00 (all originals, matted and framed). I want my art on people's walls, not on my gallery walls. Visit the gallery at www.galleryatspicewood.com or go to my blog. The blog link is on the gallery web page.

Payment

Of course I accept checks and money orders or you can pay using Esty methods. Whatever is best for you.

Shipping

If you pay by check, I must wait until the check has cleared before shipping your art. If you use Esty to pay, then I will ship the moment I recieve the paid order from Esty. There is a $10.00 shipping fee on all orders. I want your art to get to you in one piece.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you do not like the art when you get it, send it back to me and I will refund your money. I do not want people to be unahppy with my art. You must pay for the return shipping. I will refund your full purchase price.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you buy multiple pieces of art, email me and we can talk a discount price on all the art you buy. If you are a repeat customer, there will be a 10% discount on all art ordered in the future. Don't forget to remind me if your are a repeat customer.
