Fulfillment Time:

Once you place your custom order it will be sent to my production partner(s) then the product will be made, packed and shipped to you. This process takes 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping locations and tracking numbers:

USA orders ship from either Chatsworth California or Charlotte North Carolina via DHL, USPS, FEDEX depending on the package size. International orders ship via APC Postal Logistics and are then handled by your local post office. Some orders to Europe ship from Riga Latvia. You will get a tracking number for all US orders and most international.Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped. That means you may not see updates for the tracking number for 24-48 hours.

Customs duties and taxes and VAT:

Shipments outside of USA may incur customs fees and taxes. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other local rules and regulations. The buyer is responsible for these fees.

Return and cancellation:

All sales are final. Because of the nature of the custom made products, GamingTee does not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure you select the correct size, color, style before placing an order. You can request the cancellation of your order if the fulfillment process for your item hasn't begun, generally within 24 hours.

Custom and personalized orders

You can request a custom design for a poster, T-shirt, Canvas, Bag, Legging, Phone case, Etc. It may not include celebrity faces, designs from other stores.
