Returns and exchanges
Will not accept returns for this item. If an item is damage during shipping, please let me know within 2 days. I must be notified immediately so that it may be reported to the UPS OR USPS(only for USA area).
- If your package is damaged upon delivery please take a picture first then photo the contents for insurance purposes(only for priority service). We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.
- If for any reason, your event is cancelled : all items subject to a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund(In case of we still not yet start the work on your item).
