The wool, mohair and alpaca I use is grown on locally raised sheep, goats and alpaca, right here in the Pacific Northwest. I buy the softest fibers, wash, dye, prepare and spin on my Louet wheel. This art yarn is soft, colorful and primitive.
All my yarns come in big 105 yard skeins, perfect for making a scarf, mitts or hat. My patterns using size 17 needles or Q hook to create a quick easy to wear warm garment. Request a free pattern when ordering.
We have a smoke free home. Our kitties are only interested in the pre washed fiber, so your yarn is mostly cat free.
I have been spinning and selling these handspun yarns since the early 1990's.
