    The name of my Shop is a nod to my Grandmother and my Great-Aunt. I do not use a "team" to make items or have someone else make what I sell...it is only me in my design room at home, enjoying what I create.

---Orders are not shipped on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders are made and shipped Monday-Friday only. There will be no shipping of packages on Holidays or over Holiday weekends. Priority Mail does not mean your order is a rush order, it means you will receive your package sooner after I ship it.

--Please know I have a 2 week production time most of the year. I understand this is long to most Buyers, but please understand I receive orders for over 30 orders a day to be made or personalized. I do not have a "team" that works for me, it is just me. In order to keep my prices affordable to everyone, this ship time is necessary. If you need you items sooner, please message me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your timeframe.

--Orders are not shipped on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders are made and shipped Monday-Friday only. There will be no shipping of packages on Holidays or over Holiday weekends.

--Please know I have a 2 week production time most of the year. I understand this is long to most Buyers, but please understand I receive orders for over 3000 pieces a day to be made or personalized. I do not have a "team" that works for me, it is just me. In order to keep my prices affordable to everyone, this ship time is necessary. If you need you items sooner, please message me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your timeframe.

--I apologize, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any item in my shop. due to the handmade, personalized or custom nature of my items. I cannot take them back , so please make sure you love your item and check your colors or personalization request prior to checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

--Once your order is placed I cannot accept cancellations , all orders are processed immediately and confirmed for colors that are needed and put into production. I will not cancel an order that has already been started; due to buyer's remorse, wanting to change to a different credit card, or you changed your mind.

--I do not accept returns or refunds due to colors being wrong for your wedding/event, if someone in the bridal party does not like the item, or if the wedding/event venue does not allow artificial petals, if you ordered the wrong colors, or your wedding was canceled. Read the descriptions carefully and look at the listing photos closely.

---Lost Packages: If you contact me about your package being lost and the USPS tracking information states that it is Delivered, you must check with your neighbors and your local Post Office to see if they have the package. Then you must have the Post Office trace the package with the GPS coordinates that are with your package and they can tell you exactly where and when the package was delivered to. If you contact me and state they cannot find it, then you must contact your local Police Department and file a Stolen Mail Report. You can email me the report that states that you have filed the package stolen with the tracking information on it. I will not make any replacement petals until the USPS states that it is legitimately lost, which could take up to 45 days to receive a notice from them and you have a filed Police Report with your local Police that it was mail fraud or stolen.

If you have a problem with Mail Theft, then ship your package to someone that will be at home to receive your package. Make sure you have a safe area that your Mail Person can deliver your package to. I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands at the Post Office.

---Any packages that are returned to me due to "Refused", "Cannot Forward Package", "Incorrect Mailing Address", "Return to Sender" I will not offer a refund. You should double check all your shipping information before you order. If you want me to re-mail your package to you, you will be responsible for the mailing charges back to you.

---If I do allow a return or refund from you, you will be responsible for mailing the package back to me and I will not refund shipping charges to you. Also, I will charge a 30% restocking fee, which will be taken out of your refund, for my time that was involved in making your items for you and also for any Etsy fees. If I do allow a refund or return, I have to approve the return or there will be no refund for packages that are returned without my authorization or knowledge of the package being returned.

---If the delivery takes longer then it should, I am not responsible for shipping. Once the package leaves my hands at the Post Office, I am not in control when your package is shipped and when you will receive it. I do NOT offer refunds on the item or for the shipping charges.

---I will not cancel an order that has already been started; due to buyer's remorse, wanting to change to a different credit card, or you changed your mind.

---I am not responsible if you do not follow my care instructions, that are included with my Rose Petals and Garlands, you will not be offered a refund nor will I send you a replacement.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. I will not cancel an order that has already been started; due to buyer's remorse, wanting to change to a different credit card, change of mind or found another item cheaper on Etsy.
Shipping
All packages will be mailed. I will not meet you, a friend or a relative to drop a package off.

I ship USPS Priority Mail or regular mail and USPS International Mail/Priority Mail. Please allow 6 to 10 days for Priority Mail to the U.S. and 30 to 45 days for International delivery. If the delivery takes longer than it should, I am not responsible for shipping. Once the package leaves my hands at the Post Office, I am not in control when your package is shipped and when you will receive it. I do NOT offer refunds on the item or for the shipping charges.

***Please ensure that your shipping address is correct*** Any orders that are returned due to a wrong address, will require additional shipping charges to mail the items again. If a shipment is lost, I will work with you in locating the package, as best as I can. If a box is damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging so that I may file a claim. If I happen to over charge you for shipping, I will reimburse you the difference.

Lost Packages: I will work with you in locating your package, if it appears to be lost in shipment, with the USPS tracking information. I will not make any replacement orders until the USPS states that it is legitimately lost, which could take up to 45 days to receive a notice from them. If you contact me about your package being lost and the USPS tracking information states that it is Delivered, you must check with your neighbors and your local Post Office to see if they have the package. Then you must have the Post Office trace the package with the GPS coordinates that are with your package and they can tell you exactly where and when the package was delivered to. If you contact me and state they cannot find it with the GPS coordinates, then I will contact your Post Office and speak with the Manager to check to see if they have GPS coordinates on the package. If they cannot find the package, then you must contact your local Police Department and file a Stolen Mail Report. You can email me the report that states that you have filed the package stolen with the tracking information on it. I will not make any replacement petals until I receive a Police Report or confirmation from the USPS that your order was in fact stolen.

If you have a problem with Mail Theft, then ship your package to someone that will be at home to receive your package. Make sure you have a safe area that your Mail Person can deliver your package to. I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands at the Post Office.


***International Regular Mail does NOT have tracking information, please choose International Priority Mail to insure you can track where the package is at.***

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Please be advised that I am unable to classify your international purchase as a "gift" on the customs form. Additionally, the value stated on the customs form will be the value that you purchased the item from me.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying an item. I am not responsible for additional charges from your country.
