Please note though that the mini wine bottle labels only cover the small plastic bottles such as barefoot wines and not the glass Cavit wine bottles even though they are all 187 ml. The bottles are shaped differently and labels are different sizes.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PROOF?
• Unlike other labeling shops, we strongly believe that you should have the opportunity - without having to request to do so - to review your personalized labels before they are printed and shipped out to you to ensure everything on the labels is correct and the way you would like them. For that reason, all orders come with digital proofs.
• I start working on your personalized labels right away. You will receive your digital proof same day or next business day from when you order. All proofs will be sent via Etsy Conversation.
• One round of revisions is provided at no cost to you. If any additional rounds of revisions occur, a “Design Change Fee” is charged. Please review your first proof carefully & provide all feedback at once.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE? WHEN WILL MY LABELS SHIP?
• We begin working on your order right away during business hours. After you approve your digital proof, your labels will be included in the shops next shipment date.
SHIPPING:
• All orders ship from Des Moines, IA Monday through Friday.
• If your order is queued for shipment after standard shipping times or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by US Postal Service until the following business day.
The USPS quotes shipping delivery for all STANDARD FIRST-CLASS MAIL at:
• 3-6 business days for all US deliveries
• 7-10 business days for all Canadian deliveries
• 2-4 weeks for all International Australia deliveries

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?
Yes! All orders to United State addresses will have the opportunity to upgrade their shipping at checkout to receive their items faster. Please see options below.

• 2-3 business day delivery from the packages shipment date. Not guaranteed but normally have no issues.

EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL – US ONLY: $24.99
• 1-2 business day delivery from the packages shipment date. Guaranteed delivery by 3 PM within 1-2 days.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY LABELS?
In the description at each listing, you will find a section titled "HOW TO ORDER" & a list of the "PERSONALIZATION DETAILS" needed for that label design. Please follow the ordering instructions here on how to properly place your order.
To personalize, you can enter your details & color selections (if applicable) in the empty "ADD YOUR PERSONALIZATION" box at each listing or in the "NOTES TO GARDENIALABELS" box at the checkout page.
We will lift your details from here and start laying out your digital proof for you to review.
COLOR POLICIES AND STANDARDS
• The shop does it's best to ensure that the colors you view on your computer or phone screen is matched to your printed product. From monitor to monitor, colors can vary slightly. NO REFUNDS will be given for labels that have a slight difference in hue to the colors you see on your screen. Please check your labels from multiple screens to ensure that the colors are as you want them to avoid any color issues.
• NOTE about our PRINTED FAUX TEXTURES: Since all of Gardenia’s premium labels are waterproof and are made to withstand being placed on ice or in the refrigerator, no actual glitter or metallic foil is used. The textures are a PRINTED FAUX TEXTURE ONLY but they look absolutely gorgeous when printed.
DAMAGED OR FLAWED LABELS DURING TRANSIT
• We carefully review each label during the printing and packaging process to ensure each individual label is to perfection. However, I understand that packaging errors can occasionally occur during the shipping process at USPS.
• If this happens with your package, please message us your order number, a brief description of the problem, and attach a photograph of your labels + the condition of the shipping envelop. Together, we can work out a solution for your item(s).
• Photos are required for replacement items during the claims process. Damages must be reported within 10 business days of your delivery date to be eligible.
DAMAGED DURING APPLICATION
• The labels will function just like a sticker and are SUPER EASY to apply (peal and stick)!
• Our products do require client application (instructions are provided for every order). If your labels wrinkle, rips, dents, etc. during application Gardenia Labels is not responsible.
• If you damage one of your labels during application please message us and we can send you a link to the listing to repurchase a replacement label and we can get that sent out ASAP.
SPELLING OR DETAIL ERRORS
• We carefully layout your orders to reflect the information that is provided to us at checkout. We do supply a digital proof for each order so you can make any edits you need to if any errors were made during the ordering process.
• If you approve your proof, that is how it will be printed and mailed. If for any reason, there is a spelling or detail error, Gardenia Labels is not responsible.
• If you receive labels that do not mirror the label amount or the order details you provided us at checkout or in the proofing process, please send us a message and we will reship the corrected label out to you within one business day. We will always correct any mistakes that are made on our behalf.
DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL LABELS? HOW DO I SELECT A BOTTLE FOR MY CUSTOM LABELS?
• How you use your labels is entirely up to you but removing the original labels is recommended. We know it sounds like a daunting task but promise it is VERY simple to do!
• Every order is provided with step-by-step instructions on how to remove the original label & how to apply their new custom labels.
