She let me know that the plant had two small burns from the sun and gave me the option for another plant! I opted to receive the originally order plant. My new hoya arrived quickly, well-packed--safe, secure, healthy, and beautiful. I queried Priscilla about the plant's care because my high desert mountain environment is the complete antithesis of sea level humid Florida, and her reply was prompt and to the point. I will definitely be ordering more hoyas from Priscilla!
