Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 5 business days of the buyer receiving an item and the buyer will pay return shipping unless other arrangements are made. Buyer's account will be credited after I have received the item again and find it to be IN GOOD CONDITION.
PAY PAL is accepted.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.
I will not begin making your item until payment is received.
Transaction will be voided if no payment is received within 3 calendar days from the order.
I normally ship items via "USPS Priority".

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once given to the shipping carrier selected.

If you absolutely need an item by a certain date, I will ship "Express" and extra shipping charges will apply.

On average, I expect to ship a completed order in less than one week, but please allow for more time depending on volume (i.e. - how many orders I have to fill).

ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION and delivery from time of purchase.

I will ship to Alaska and Hawaii but additional shipping charges will apply. Please CONVO me for an exact shipping quote.

However, if you need a "rushed" item, there is a "rush fee" of $10.00 per item. This does not include rush delivery shipping charges that may apply. Please CONVO me for details.

All Gary Lindsey Wood Creations are created using "artistic license".

Each creation will be a "One of A Kind (ooak)" by its very nature.

In the very unlikely happenstance of breaches in the "Do's and Don'ts of Etsy" (, I will retain the right to refuse a transaction.
As this is a very uncommon and regrettable situation, I try my hardest to prevent this from happening. I want your experience with our transaction to be as smooth and as wonderful for you as possible. As this is a small business, I strive to be understanding and respect all my customers and I would hope this would be mutual.
