5 out of 5 starsI was looking for the perfect chunky chain and I finally went with this wheat one by Gea Creations. It's quality exceeded my expectations! It is not heavy at all and has a resistant plating. I already wear it for several weeks and it is just like day one. Also the packaging had the best scent. I must say, this delivery was my favorite in months. Good job!

Their quality is impeccable and they arrived on time in a beautiful pouch. They compliment the neck so much! If you are hesitant about ordering, don't. I gladly give 5 stars!

5 out of 5 starsThis is a beautiful ring. The small touches, the glossy finish, the geometric design, the packaging scent. I followed Georgia's advice: Haven't got it wet, and stored it in my jewelry box away from the bathroom. I was not dissapointed! The color remains intact and the quality is as promised. I will keep taking care of it like that. You can also polish it when needed with the fabric that is included - how beautiful! Also, the price totally reflects the quality - no doubt! Georgia makes you feel that you are well taken care of. Can't recommend this shop enough!

I entered the wrong address on my order! What should I do?
If you have entered by mistake the wrong address, contact us right away and we will change the address on your shipping label. If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point, so be fast! 😉
How do you send your parcels? Can I track my order?
We ship all our products free internationally, collaborating mostly with DHL but with other couriers as well.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
Gea Creations is not responsible for any packages held by international custom agencies and it is not a responsibility of Gea Creations to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.
If you neglect to deliver your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
COVID-19 UPDATE: There might be occasional delays in processing time that we are not responsible for. We will do everything in our power to receive your jewelry on time. If you want your products on a specific date please let us know. 😊
The preparation time depends on the product and the amount of pieces that have been ordered. If you desire large quantities of any of our products, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Do you make special offers for bulk orders and bridesmaid gifts?
We gladly do! Feel free to contact us for more information and an additional coupon code discount for your desired product.
Do you make custom jewelry or custom sizes?
We sure do! If you see something you like but want it in a different variation, let us know. We are happy to work with you to customize your order so that you deliver a piece made with love!
How should I return my item?
The product must be in its original condition and must be shipped within a period of 14 days from the delivery date. Once we receive it and verify that it meets the requirements, we will get back to you to complete the process. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your exchange/return for processing. Postage (from and to the buyer) and adequate insurance (if there is any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
What happens with "closed" jewelry?
Many of my jewelry are "closed" (meaning not adjustable, mainly for rings or bracelets) which means they do not apply to everyone and that the customer needs to know the correct size. For your convenience, we provide a detailed size guide in every listing. However, as these ways of measurement are empirical, there is a probability of divergence for which Gea Creations bears no responsibility.
What about gift packaging?

VAT for UK customers
UK buyers now pay VAT on some orders from outside the UK. Etsy is required to collect VAT during checkout on items less than or equal to £135 and remit it to UK tax authorities.
