Bienvenidos al mundo de Geary.

Comienza en un lugar construido con mecanismos de relojería: un mundo de torres que marcan el tiempo y engranajes que giran, de máquinas antiguas que aún recuerdan, donde el tiempo mismo se siente tan cercano que casi se puede tocar. En ese mundo, la mayoría de los engranajes cumplen una sola función y giran eternamente en el mismo lugar. Geary era uno de ellos: un pequeño engranaje, ordinario, fácil de pasar por alto.

Y entonces algo surgió. Un engranaje se convirtió en un robot. Un robot desarrolló un corazón. Y Geary descubrió el secreto que da nombre a todo este mundo: que nunca eres solo la suma de las partes que te componen. Puedes llegar a ser mucho más.

Geary es pequeño, curioso y valiente en esa discreción que tanto importa. Su mundo está lleno de maravilla y un toque de misterio: amigos que se ayudan mutuamente a crecer, máquinas con memoria, lugares donde el pasado y el presente conviven. Le esperan aventuras, y también algunas sombras, pero en el fondo de cada historia reside la misma verdad: que la bondad y el coraje pueden transformar incluso al más pequeño de nosotros en un ser completo.

Este pequeño robot es el centro de un universo en expansión. Geary protagoniza una novela ilustrada para lectores de primaria y secundaria, con una serie animada en desarrollo y su mundo aún por descubrirse. Todo ello fue creado, dibujado y construido por una sola persona, James Baskind de Automata Vista LLC, quien se propuso crear algo con alma y que perdurara.

Welcome to Geary's world.

It begins in a place built of clockwork — a world of ticking towers and turning gears, of old machines that still remember, where time itself feels close enough to touch. In that world, most gears do one job and turn forever in place. Geary was one of them: a single small gear, ordinary, easy to overlook.

And then something sparked. A gear became a bot. A bot grew a heart. And Geary discovered the secret that gives this whole world its name — that you are never only the parts you're made of. You can become more.

Geary is small, curious, and brave in the quiet way that matters most. His world is full of wonder and a little mystery: friends who help one another grow, machines with memories, places where the past and the present tick along side by side. There are adventures ahead of him, and a few shadows too — but at the heart of every story is the same gentle truth: that kindness and courage can turn even the smallest among us into something whole.

This little robot is the center of a growing universe. Geary stars in an upper-middle-grade illustrated novel, with an animated series in development and more of his world still unfolding — written, drawn, and built by one person, James Baskind of Automata Vista LLC, who set out to make something with heart, and to last.
