Average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Occasionally, I am able to get the item done and out sooner, however these are all handmade and that in itself requires time. RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Because these items are handmade and personalized, there are no refunds once the invoice has been paid.
By paying this invoice, you consent to a photo of your project being shared on any and all Gebe Designs’ social media pages, websites, and any other marketing materials.
Once you pay for an invoice, you are confirming that you have proofread any personalization items, as Gebe Designs will not be responsible for typographical errors submitted by the customer.
ABOUT THE MATERIALS:
Your project is done on natural wood that includes varying shades of wood grain. There are many different types of wood used for projects which is why the finished project could vary in final production as no two will ever be exactly the same.
Many of the finished products include permanent, outdoor grade vinyl which is very durable.
