PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT SHIPPING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! As always shipping is on us (with the exception of priority shipping which can be purchased at checkout) and now all shipping regardless of the size of the order will include free tracking! We hope that this will greatly reduce items lost in the mail and enhance your purchasing experience. You can find your tracking number on your Etsy order once your item has been prepared for shipping. Please note that we purchase all of our shipping through Etsy. Per their agreement with Pitney Bowes shipping purchased this way can only be tracked through Etsy, which means if you enter that tracking number into the USPS tracking system it will not work. Please only use the Etsy provided tracking. Etsy representatives have told me that they are working on making the tracking available through USPS but there is no ETA on this change.
Please be aware that shipping via USPS can experience unexpected delays. We have seen on occasion a tracked item get "stuck" at various stages of the shipping process (the tracking will show that the item arrived somewhere and then there is nothing for quite a while). We know that this can be frustrating, if your item doesn't arrive within 3 weeks of shipping we will replace or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.
If you have any questions about our products or your order please message us directly through Etsy by using the "contact shop owner" button in our shop. This is the easiest and fastest way to get hold of us and we will reply usually within 24 hours. Etsy also offers a direct email address on your completed order, however, you will receive a much quicker response by messaging us directly through Etsy. Messages sent to the email address are sometimes dropped in our spam folder and not seen or replied too. To ensure your questions or concerns are addressed quickly we request that all contact be made directly through the Etsy message system. Thank you!

We're geeks to the core and we love to let the world know it! We've spent alot of time searching for awesome geeky decal that feature all the pop culture references we love. We finally decided to make our own and share them with all the other pop culture, comic book, video game and all around geek fans of the world!
We (my husband and I) design and cut every decal we make and we're always looking for new ideas. Movies, TV Shows, Games or Comics it doesn't matter to us....if you love it you should show it!

Shipping
1) Most items are shipped via USPS regular mail...THERE IS NO TRACKING WITH USPS regular mail. If your item ships this way please give it 2 WEEKS from the ship date to arrive. If it has not arrived in 3 weeks a replacement or refund will be processed.
2) Any item over 12" long will be shipped in a rigid tube (for example...the Mad Max Furiosa Arm). These items will have a tracking number but please note that there could still be shipping delays due to USPS. Again, if it has not arrived in 3 weeks a replacement or refund will be processed.
3) Any order over $25.00 will automatically be upgraded to shipping with tracking in a rigid envelope. You don't need to do anything to add this option, we add it in processing. Again, if it has not arrived in 3 weeks a replacement or refund will be processed.
4) Unfortunately we cannot ship via any other carrier (FedEx, UPS Etc.). This is not feasible in our area.

Shipping in the US is on us (excluding priority shipping requests). Expected processing times can be found in the shipping and policies tab of each listing and vary from item to item. Custom requests may require additional production/shipping time. PLEASE NOTE: We send out shipping notifications each day as we process your order. Your order will be taken to the post office the next business day after you receive your shipping notification.
Unfortunately we have had to discontinue international shipping, we apologize for any inconvenience. We will continue to investigate alternate international shipping options and make international shipping available if we find a viable solution.
A NOTE ON PROCESSING TIMES: The expected processing time for each item can be found in the shipping & policies tab of the listing (3-5 days for most decals). These processing times are an estimate only...we will always ship as quickly as possible and always by the maximum processing time referenced. If you would like to order an item but are concerned that the processing time will make the item arrive later than you need please feel free to contact us to see if processing of your item can be expedited.
Most decals are shipped via USPS regular mail (expected delivery time for regular US mail averages 3-9 days per their website, however, recent delays mean it can take up to 3 weeks for your regular US mail delivery to arrive). No tracking info is provided for regular USPS mail. Please note that shipping via USPS has been slow lately. We know that this is frustrating and apologize. We appreciate your patience, we are also frustrated with delays in delivery time but this is a USPS issue that is out of our control.
Large Decals...larger than 10"x 12" will ship in a rigid tube via USPS priority mail (estimated 1-3 day delivery time, includes tracking).
Large decals in rigid tubes already use the fastest shipping option available. If you would like a regular decal order sent via priority mail please choose the priority mail option at checkout. Priority mail for most decal orders is approximately $9 depending on your location and total weight of your order with a minimal charge added for the weight of extra decals. Please note that while priority mail delivery times average 3 days the order processing times (noted on the shipping and policies tab of the item) vary from item. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to verify processing time on a priority order...most can be shipped within two days and we will be happy to verify before you order. Please note that if you purchase priority shipping we will ship as soon as possible via priority shipping but we cannot be held responsible if USPS delays the shipment.
