The item I ordered never arrived. Instead what I received was incorrect so I reached out to the seller for assistance. The communication with the seller was sporadic. I provided ample time between check ins. The responses seemed as if the seller was intending to send me replacement items since the items that I received were incorrect. The process took so long that I was then not able to report the issue to Etsy for the protection plan. I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt and instead lost out on my money. I am very disappointed.
