How long does it take to ship my order?
Our general processing time is 3-5 business days to ship your order. Please check the Announcements section for news and special circumstances.
I think my package is lost in the mail?
We understand that things can get lost in the mail, but Geeky Bee's is not responsible for items once they are shipped. Please double-check that you have input your shipping address correctly, as we are not able to replace items shipped to the wrong place if the customer provided an incorrect address.
You will be provided a tracking number for your order. In the event that the postal service does happen to lose your package, please contact us within 180 days of your order and we will do everything within our power to remedy the situation.
Re: USPS Slowdowns 2020+
Please be advised that the USPS is severely backed up with packages currently due to numerous COVID-19-related issues. Please be patient and understand that tracking may not be immediately updated and packages may take longer than usual to arrive during this time.
Rest assured that if you have received a tracking number, Geeky Bee's has shipped your order.
My order was damaged in the mail.
We do our best to pack your order carefully and securely, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the damage (but please be careful of broken glass and do not hurt yourself) and send us an email to GEEKYBEES[at]GMAIL[dot]COM with the following information:
-Photo of damage
-Name on order
-Shipping address on order
-Name of polish that arrived damaged (if you can tell without harming yourself)
-Short explanation of how/in what way it was damaged
We will be happy to replace any damaged/broken items that are un-savable.
Do you offer custom polishes?
We are not currently offering custom colors, but please stay tuned, as we may offer them in the future!

Are your polishes 5-Free?
Yes!
Our nail polish is "5-Free," meaning it contains:
NO FORMALDEHYDE
NO FORMALDEHYDE RESINS
NO TOLUENE
NO CAMPHOR
NO DIBUTYL PHTHLATE
P.S., Geeky Bee's Nail Colors are NEVER tested on animals.
Are your polishes vegan?
The short answer here is "no," as most of our colors are but some are not.
If you have a question regarding a specific color, feel free to send us a message.
Can I use Geeky Bee's Nail Colors on my dog's nails?
No. Please do not use human cosmetics on your pets. There are dog-safe nail polish brands that are specifically formulated for this use. Your pet's groomer can point you in the right direction, and please always consult with your veterinarian before using ANY product on your animals.
Can I return or exchange a polish?
Due to the personal nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
