A Caticorn is born!

Ever since I was a wee, little Caticorn, I have always loved to draw. I would draw on any peice of paper I could get my paws on. Then, Grandma Caticorn offered to teach me to crochet when I was 8 yeas old, I haven't stopped learning!

Then, Grandma Caticorn took me to my very first craft fair with her. I got to watch her sell all the fun things her and Grandpa Caticorn made. That's when I knew, I wanted to be just like Grandma and Grandpa Caticorn. I wanted to share my creations with the world.

So, now, I begin the exciting adventure of building up my very own business. I am looking forward to creating many new things and learning new techniques as my business grows.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I do not offer any refunds or exchanges, if an item is damaged in transit and you did not purchase insuance, it is the recipients responsibility to take it up with the postal service.

The only time a refund or exchange will be given, is if there was a mistake on my part. However, if there is poor communication on a custom order and it is not what you wanted, there will be no refund or exchange.

If an item is returned to me as "undeliverable", there will be no refund given until customer contacts the shop directly. I use Etsy shipping labels, so if an item is returned to me, that means the address provided was incorrect. If the customer would still like the item, I will gladly resend as long as customer pays the new shipping and handling fees. If the customer chooses a refund for a returned item, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded, there will also be a $0.50 relisting fee.

For custom decoden items, I will send a photo for approval of layout and pieces used. I will not proceed with your order, until I havee gotten a "yes" or "no" reply.

For Amigurumi, I will send a photo of yarn before I start to confirm colors. Please keep in mind, that depending on the device you are using to view the pictures, the colors may look off. I will also send a photo of the completed piece before I send it out. If you are not happy with the way the amigurumi looks, this is the time to let me know. If it is not what you were wanting, I will ask for more details and remake it. Please note, that if I have to remake an amigurumi, it will take me at least an additional 2 weeks to complete it.

For Resin pieces, there will be no refund on resin pieces. I take great care in making them and make sure there are as few bubbles as possible, however, sometimes it is impossible to get out all bubbles. If I am not satisfied with a piece, I will not send it out.
Payment
Once an order has been placed, you have twenty-four (24) hours to cancel your purchase. Please be aware that there will be a $1.00 fee on ALL cancelled purchases.

I only accept payment via paypal & Direct Checkout, I will accept no other forms of payment.
Shipping

Made to order Amigurumi:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for item(s) to to be completed and shipped. I work on orders in the order that are received, depending on the amount of orders I have, items may take loner, I will let you know right away if this is the case.

Made to order Resin pieces:
Please allow 2-3 weeks or item(s) to be shipped off, I only have certain amount of molds and each piece takes at least 48 hours to complete. All resin pieces are made in order received, if I have a high influx of custom orders, it may take me longer, I will let you know right away if this is the case.

Made to order Decoden items:
Please allow 4-6 weeks for decoden item(s) to be shipped off. Most often, the wait time will be less than this, but, there may be times when it will take me longer, I get my supplies from all over the globe and some take longer than others to arrive, I do everything I can to not run out, but sometimes customs takes longer than other times. If I feel it is going to take longer, or I am waiting for a shipment, I will let you know right away.
I also make customs in the order they were received, so depending on where your order falls in the Que, will depend on how long it will take to ship.

Rush Orders
I do offer rush shipping on all made-to-order items. There is a listing you can purchase that will move your order to the front of the Que, but behind any other rush orders that may have been purchased prior to yours. I complete all rush orders in the order they are purchased.

DOMESTIC SHOPPERS:

I ship everything USPS first class unless otherwise noted in listing.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:

If you are located outside the US, please convo me before purchase so I can give you a price for shipping and handling. I am still very new to this process and I am still learning the costs of shipping outside the US. Eventually, all listings will include international shipping. Please be patient with me.

ALL SHOPPERS:

Please note, that I am not responsible for a package once it is in the hands of the USPS or designated postal service. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged, it is the responsibility of the recipient to take it up the postal carrier.

I highly recommend purchasing insurance for ALL orders, both domestic and international. I will not give a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged package if you do not purchase insurance.

I will include free insurance on all purchases of $100 or more before shipping.

****IMPORTANT ALLERGY INFORMATION!!!****

It is also important to note, that I work out of my home. I do own a cat, and I do store all my unused fabric and yarn in plastic totes, in a separate room that my cat is not allowed in. But, due to the nature of cat hair, I can not guarantee all items will be free of hair. I do everything I can to keep them as hair free as possible. I do take a lint roller to all items, but it won't get everything.

Though, I am a smoke free home, in the winter, I do depend on a wood burning stove as my main source of heat. This does create a fair amount of dust, but if you are not super sensitive to dust, it will not be a problem. None of my items smell like smoke.

I would also like you to be aware, that during warmer months, I do go camping a lot and I do take some of my crafts with me, (mostly amigurumi), that means I am crafting outside, some of these times are days when the pollen count will be high and sometimes items are exposed to campfire smoke (sadly, I can't control the direction the wind blows). I'm not sure how this affects someone with severe hayfever or other allergies, but I would like everyone to be aware of this.

It should also be noted, that some of my items are bought second hand (i.e. resale shops and garage sales). I can not guarantee that these items came from a smoke free or pet free home. I do have high standards for all second hand items I purchase, it must be in "like new" or "good" condition. If I would not use an item for myself, I would not use it to make an item for someone else. I will post in an item's description if it is "up-cycled", this will let you know that I got some of the items second hand.

If any of these things are a concerns for you, please, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ME. I would rather not make a sale, then have someone who might have an allergy to something, purchase from me.
