The gold plated jewelry should not have unnecessary exposure to soap, chemicals or perfumes. If you accidentally expose the jewelry to contact with water, nothing will happen. But you should definitely put the jewelry away when bathing, showering… it would reduce its lifespan and the gilding would go away over time.
However the black part/bracelet is paracord and you can wash it with soap if it gets dirty over time. But just be careful with the gold parts.
