Accepted payment methods
Paypal payment is due at time of checkout. If payment has not been initiated within 3 days of checkout, we keep the right to cancel the sale.
If you wish to postpone payment please convo us.
Orders will not ship out until payment is cleared.
A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to place an order.
Just press the Paypal option and follow the link: to pay by credit card.
Delivery will be made within 1-2 weeks for custom made or 3-5 days for finished product, and only after payment clearance
Your order will be sent to your ETSY address on file.
All shipments are made by registered and insured mail.
If you request EMS or a courier delivery please convo us and we will check how fast we can ship to you and let you know what are the extra fees required. EMS deliveries are also insured.
In some countries buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from International locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please also notice that shipments may be held in the local customs for inspection.
In some countries, this procedure can take long time. It doesn't mean the shipment is lost, just need to be patient until it releases. If you will not accept this shipment due to its long delivery, and only after the shipment is returned to Genjewel in a good condition as shipped, your money will be returned back to you.
Please notice - Genjewel's send their items in Envelopes (Not Packages).
We do not attach an Invoice to the shipment. In some countries, when shipment falls into customs inspection, you will be required to declare the value of the item you purchased or invent an Invoice or Sale order. If you wish us to attach an Invoice to the shipment, please let us know before the shipment is dispatched.
We recommend that you will check your country's policies / laws / fees for Jewelry incoming shipments, before you make an order.
GenJewel cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office while in transit to you. We package our orders well, but unfortunately once it leaves our shop it is out of our hands.
We do not re-ship or refund orders that are shown as delivered using the Post Office Delivery Confirmation program.
Shipping fees can be found underneath each listed item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may notify us and return it within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. The price of the item(s) will be refunded when we have received it in its original condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
If we made a mistake on an order, the item(s) may be returned and we will ship a replacement at our own expense. But if we have done all that was stated in the item description and the buyer is nonetheless dissatisfied, we will replace or exchange the items purchased and bill the buyer for shipping. Depending on the order, we will charge extra for the service.
One of a kind items may be refunded or exchanged, but NOT replaced.
